I’m a Hackney-based Leadership and Mindset Coach. Helping values-driven Londoners feel more fulfilled, focused, and confident at work.
Work takes up around 2,000 hours of our year, a huge part of our waking lives. It should be a place we thrive, not just survive.
Especially if you care about what you do; the impact, the people, the responsibility that comes with it.

I offer a space to think things through properly. Somewhere to say what's really going on, without needing to filter it, tidy it up or rush to a solution.
Because even in supportive workplaces, there often isn’t the time or space to step back and reflect. And it can be hard to talk openly about how work is really affecting you, or how life outside of work is shaping things too.
Stop waiting for your manager to notice, for HR to step in or for the 'quiet' period that never comes.
You don’t have to keep waiting.

I’m a born-and-bred Londoner, now living in Hackney with my husband and two girls. I know how fast-paced and demanding life in this city can be, and how easy it is to get swept up in the busy, losing sight of what really matters.
Before becoming a coach, I spent over 15 years working in the charity sector, surrounded by brilliant, big-hearted people doing incredible work, but often giving so much to others that they left themselves behind.
I saw how common it was to pour energy into everyone else while quietly feeling stuck, burnt out, or unfulfilled.
That experience shaped my approach to coaching.
I believe that when we take care of ourselves, we build a healthier relationship with work, and focus on what truly matters to us, we show up as more grounded, effective and fulfilled versions of ourselves, at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
Today, I work as a Leadership and Mindset Coach for values-driven Londoners who want to feel more fulfilled, focused, and confident at work. I continue to work closely with individuals and teams across the charity sector.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me swimming in bone-chilling temperatures at the local reservoir, spending time with friends and family, or enjoying the many delights of this exceptional city.
The Shift is a 1:1 coaching programme for people who know something needs to change, but aren’t sure where to start.
Over 90 days or 6 months, we create space to step back, think clearly, and understand what’s really going on. From there, we focus on meaningful, sustainable action so you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and direction.
Work-Life by Design is a self-paced course to help you step back, get clear on what matters, and start shaping your working life in a more intentional way.
Through a series of practical, reflective modules, you’ll explore your values, habits, mindset, relationships, and energy, and build a way of working that feels more focused, sustainable, and aligned with who you are.
I work with London-based charities and purpose-driven organisations, offering coaching and facilitation to support staff through change, pressure, and growth.
Drawing on over 15 years in the sector, I create spaces for reflection, honest conversation, and practical action, helping individuals and teams build confidence, resilience, and more sustainable ways of working.
